How To Wear:

1. Preparation: Before handling the shaping hosiery, ensure that your nails are filed smooth, and remove any jewelry that could potentially snag the material.
2. The Roll Method: Start by turning your shaping hosiery inside out, up to the gusset or the middle of the garment.
3. Enter the Toes: Gently gather and slide the foot part over your toes. Make sure your toes are all the way in and that the fabric isn't bunched up.
4. The Roll-Up: After your toes are snugly fitted, begin to unroll the hosiery up your leg, ensuring you adjust the alignment as you go along. Do not pull the hosiery up; instead, gradually unfurl the garment up your leg.
5. No Nails: It's essential to use the pads of your fingers rather than your nails to adjust and pull them up. This method reduces the chance of causing a hole or a run in the fabric.
6. Repeating the Process: Once the first leg is done, repeat the process with the second leg.
7. The Final Adjustment: When both legs are comfortably covered, make the final adjustments at the hips and waist. Ensure that the waistband sits flat and is not twisted.
8. Standing Up: Stand up and do a final smoothing of your hands over the hosiery to check for any bunching or twisting, adjust if necessary. Remember, shaping hosiery is designed to be firm but flexible, so it should feel snug
