At B free we buy and sell large volumes of products. On some occasions, we have products that have minor faults that do not affect the functionality of the garments. As we pride ourselves on our high quality and since it's important for us to offer our customers the best online experience, we sometimes remove items from our range that have minor faults.

These imperfections can include:

- Pen mark that can be made accidentally while packing the product.

- Stains created from the manufacturing machinery during the production process.

- Dents created in the garments during packaging or manufacturing.

- Yellowing marks on exposed items on display.

- Slight machinery marks from production while sewing.

The above minor visual faults mean we cannot sell those items at full price and they are therefore discounted. However, since most of our garments are functional solutions and undergarments, they can still perfectly serve the cause they are bought for.

  • Orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day.

Delivery Options and Charges: Please see options at checkout for all delivery charges. The following options are available:

  • Free Standard Shipping in the NZ for orders over $99. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over $99.
  • Free Express Shipping in the NZ for orders over $149. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over $189.
  • $10 Standard Shipping in the NZ for orders under $99.
  • $20 Express Shipping in the NZ for orders under $149.

In case of return, shipping fees are not refundable.


Ordering and Dispatch Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched the same or next business day if placed by 1pm Melbourne, Australia time (AEDT or AEST).

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Victoria, Australia. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian public holidays.


Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the link provided by email.

If there are significant delays and you have not received your parcel, please contact the delivery provider through your tracking link. If you have further concerns, please complete our submit a request form and select “Delivery and Shipping”.


Duties, Taxes, and Regulatory Fees: If applicable to your area, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and regulatory fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. For more information, contact your local customs office.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. For New Zealand customers, orders over NZ$1,000 incur additional tax/import duties upon delivery. Any taxes, duties, or fees applied by the receiving country are applied by the receiving country's governing body and not B Free Intimate Apparel & remain the responsibility of the customer. Made on seamless circular machinery, our bras offer stretchy support and easy flexi-sizing, eliminating the need to select cup sizes separately. As our sizing is flexible, you can shop according to your usual band and cup size. 

If you don't know your approximate size, you can refer to our size chart for measurements. Simply measure firmly under your bust and comfortably around the fullest part of your bust to find your standard bra size from the chart below. Then select the corresponding B Free size in the product.
